#CheckedbyBridgestone relaunches in Morocco

World’s No.1 tyre manufacturer offers free inspection of vehicles across Morocco in partnership with Vivo Energy Maroc at Shell gas stations

Casablanca, Morocco – August 1st, 2019: The #CheckedbyBridgestone road safety campaign is back this year, following the success of the campaign in 2018. To promote road safety, Bridgestone and Vivo Energy Maroc are inviting drivers to benefit from a number of complimentary services including inspections of tyre wear, air pressure, battery, oil and brake checks at Shell gas stations across Morocco from July 24 until the beginning of September.

Road safety has been a key area of focus in Morocco recently, with Saad-Eddine El Othmani, Prime Minister of Morocco reiterating the government’s commitment to tackle road safety challenges during the first African Road Safety Forum held last year. The ‘#CheckedbyBridgestone’ campaign was initiated to help enhance mobility and safe transportation across Morocco for individual motorists and the society at large. Over the years, Bridgestone's commitment to safety and comfort has inspired and set new standards of technological advancement in the automotive industry.
